Greenland What Types of Houses the U.S. Could Build in Greenland if It Becomes the 52nd State

GREENLAND

A newly built townhouse in Greenland costs approximately $350,000 USD for 83 m². The pricing was based on 2020, so it should be even more expensive now.

Very small, low ceilings, no balcony - for that crazy price, overall, not great.

USA

And compare that to what Greenlanders could buy in the USA for less money ($300,000 USD) and much bigger (approximately 135 m²) if they ever decided to join the U.S. Let’s consider Philadelphia, a great place in the U.S. with good local transport connections to nearby cities.

For example, the travel time by train from Philadelphia to New York City typically ranges from 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes on the Amtrak Northeast Regional service. The exact duration can vary depending on the specific train and time of day. So, you could even work in NYC while living in such a beautiful house for just $300,000 USD.

Now, compare what you could get for the same money in Greenland? Really crazy!

ALL GREENLANDERS SHOULD DEFINITELY CONSIDER JOINING THE U.S. AS THE 52ND STATE

Greenlanders will be able to choose where to live - on the US mainland or in Greenland. Definitely, more comfortable and affordable houses will be built in Greenland if they ever decide to join the U.S. The U.S. has the best building technologies to construct modern and affordable homes. They build a lot in Alaska, which is also a very cold region.

So, as you can see, those silly turkeys (AKA the Danish government) have treated Greenlanders the way they have:
  • Crazy house prices for a piece of 83 m² of poor-quality living space
  • High levels of suicides
  • High levels of alcoholism
  • High levels of abortions
  • High levels of depression
Greenland should definitely consider joining the U.S.

Have you noticed that? There's a balcony door, but no actual balcony.

It's incredible, but it looks real based on the video. Yet another proof of how poor the construction quality is in Greenland. High-tech construction companies from the U.S. definitely need to be brought in. If Greenland becomes part of the U.S., American building codes and regulations will apply there. And they are simply amazing—just the ASHRAE standard alone is worth mentioning!

So you understand what just one of the U.S. building standards represents – it's an entire industry, and all of this will be immediately in Greenland if it joins the USA as the 52nd state!
